Why we push multi-year even though the annual renewal earns us more. The price lock is funded by the licensing authority, not by us — it costs us nothing and it means your renewal cannot creep. If you intend to still be here in three years, take it.
Three things your current agent may not have told you
Your renewal may not be allowed to rise
Four of the eight jurisdictions we work with lock the renewal price for the life of the company. If you are on one of them and your invoice went up, ask why.
Multi-year is discounted up to 30%
Locking two, three or five years cuts the annual rate substantially and freezes the price for the whole term. It is funded by the jurisdiction. Most agents never offer it.
You may not need an audited account
Most jurisdictions require audited financial statements to renew — around AED 5,000 and three weeks. At least one we work with does not require one at all. If you are on it, that is 5,000 back in your pocket every year.
Switch to us and we waive our own fee for the first year. You still pay the jurisdiction — that part is not ours to discount — but our service fee is zero for year one, with a free 20-point compliance check on the way in. We make our money in year two and afterwards, which only works if you stay. That is rather the point.
Closing, or just pausing? If there is any chance you will trade again, keeping the company dormant at 999 a year is almost always cheaper than closing and re-forming. If the answer really is to close, Clean Exit at 8,900 does it properly — cancellations, deregistration, no lingering fines.
