These Service Engagement Terms govern the provision of services between the Client and Choose Corporate Services Provider LLC (Choose UAE). By accepting a quotation, proposal, invoice, or engaging our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms.
1.1 In appreciation of the services provided by Choose Corporate Services Provider LLC (“Choose UAE”), the Client agrees to make payments as outlined in the agreed quotation or service confirmation.
1.2 Payments shall be made in full in accordance with the official estimate or invoice shared with the Client.
1.3 Payment is kindly required to confirm and initiate the requested services.
1.4 All fees are applied once services commence and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cases of change of mind or business decision, as resources are allocated immediately upon confirmation and/or payments and internal work begins.
1.5 Payment against a quotation or proposal constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, whether or not a separate agreement is signed.
2.1 This document has been prepared exclusively for the Client by Choose Corporate Services Provider LLC (“Choose UAE”).
2.2 The information shared is treated with strict confidentiality and is not to be shared, published, or reproduced without prior consent from Choose UAE. We equally respect and protect the Client’s confidential information with the same level of care.
3.1 The contents of this document are provided to outline the scope and nature of the services requested.
3.2 The information is shared for clarity on our services and is not intended to substitute legal advice.
3.3 This document does not constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such actions may be deemed unauthorized or unlawful.
3.4 Timelines mentioned in proposals or discussions are indicative and may vary depending on government external processes or third-party requirements.
3.5 Communication between the Client and Choose UAE will be maintained through official Choose UAE dedicated channels to ensure accuracy and transparency.
3.6 The Client is responsible for providing accurate information and all required documents within the advised timeline.
3.7. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from delays, government actions, or changes in regulations.
3.8. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
