Cost is always the factor
Price it yourself, then see where the money goes
Two things move the number most: which emirate you license in, and how many years you pay up front. Set both and watch the yearly cost fall.

How many years?
Mainland is quoted per activity and premises, so it is not part of the multi-year calculator.

Same company, three price points
All three give you a real company, full ownership and a residence visa. What changes is the address, who you can invoice, and what it costs. Most people do not need the most expensive one.

Where the money goes
A license + one visa, broken down
The cheapest all-in route — a Sharjah license with one residence visa, AED 13,175. Two parts, no hidden third.
Read the small print
Cheapest today is not cheapest over five years
The renewal is where it is decided
A first-year price funded by a promotion is not a cheap company. Ask what year two costs before you commit — we publish that number too.
Audited zones cost more each year
Some jurisdictions require audited financial statements annually. Cheaper to enter, more to keep. We flag which ones on day one.
A zero-visa headline is half a company
A licence-only price has not opened your immigration file. Without it you cannot sponsor anyone, including yourself, or in practice open a corporate account.

Five ways to pay less without buying less
01Lock a multi-year termThe jurisdiction discounts the per-year rate the longer you commit — up to 20% at ten years. Year one is never discounted; the saving is on the years you prepay.
02Buy the right address, not the famous oneA Sharjah licence gives the same company, ownership and visa as Dubai. Pay the Dubai premium only if a client, landlord or bank actually reads your address.
03Size the visa countThe first visa carries the one-off immigration setup, so it costs more. Every visa after it is cheaper. Do not buy visas you will not use this year.
04Mainland only when you mustMainland earns its higher cost only if you invoice UAE clients or government, or need a walk-in premises. Otherwise a free zone is cheaper and does the same job.
05Skip the add-ons you do not needFast-track, extra activities and benefit packs are real but optional. We price them separately so you add only what pays for itself.
